Join us for this fun and inspiring practice of Anusara Yoga to celebrate the union of diversity and the gift of embodiment. We will explore The Universal Principles of Alignment™ in our practice of asana, pranayama and meditation in order to align with the divine. This celebration is open to all levels, but prior yoga experience is recommended.
Alex Grey will be hosting a tour of CoSM at 6:30 p.m. Admission to CoSM is separate and is not included in the cost of the yoga celebration.
